Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care branch. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care and full CQC compliance, while developing the care and office teams.

You will oversee recruitment, training, KPI monitoring, quality assurance, and growth of the branch within a well-supported operational structure. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care legislation.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Good understanding of quality assurance and compliance.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to grow a care service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of the branch
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
• Lead, support and develop the care and office teams
• Oversee recruitment, retention, training and staff performance
• Monitor care delivery, safeguarding, incidents, complaints and quality
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
• Monitor branch KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the continued growth of the branch and development of the service
• Work closely with senior management within a well-supported operational structure
