Job summary

Health Recruit Network seeks a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care service in South London. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and full CQC compliance.

You’ll oversee rotas, care planning and quality assurance, manage a care and office team, and build strong relationships with local authorities and private clients. Salary up to £45,000, ASAP start, commutable areas listed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
• Oversee delivery of around 900 care hours per week.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care.
• Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance.
• Lead and develop the care and office team.
• Build relationships with the local authority and private clients.
