Premier Healthcare in Slough is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a new domiciliary branch. You will recruit and develop the local team, build strong relationships with clients and families, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

This permanent, full-time role offers autonomy, ongoing senior leadership support, and opportunities for progression within the branch as it grows. A competitive package includes a salary up to 45k and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within the care sector, preferably domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Level 5 Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development of the Slough branch.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals.
