Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead a domiciliary care branch in the local area. You will drive service quality, oversee staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care for all customers.

You will manage budgets, KPIs, and regulatory compliance, build partnerships with health professionals, and develop the team through coaching, training, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good commercial awareness, including budgets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using data, systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch with clear, supportive and values-driven leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing team where staff feel supported and empowered.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding care across regular, respite and Live-in services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and drive a strong quality and safety culture.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and other community partners.
• Develop relationships within the local community to support customer growth.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs and drive service improvements.
