Job summary

Qualifications

• HLTA with experience in primary education.
• Ability to lead small-group interventions.
• Experience delivering pre-planned activities with autonomy.
• Experience supporting pupils with identified needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group and targeted interventions.
• Provide specialist support for pupils with identified needs.
• Support across year groups and key stages (Reception through Year 6).
• Follow teacher planning and deliver pre-planned activities with autonomy.
• Behaviour support with positive strategies.
• Track pupil progress and observe learning.
