Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a permanent role at a BS14 school, starting in November. The HLTA will support KS1/KS2, deliver targeted interventions, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

You will work with teachers, support learning across the primary age range, and contribute to pupil progress while building strong relationships with pupils and families.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or significant experience in teaching support.
• Ability to support learning across KS1 and KS2.
• Experience leading targeted interventions and small-group sessions.
