Job summary

The Orders of St John Care Trust in Burnham is seeking an experienced chef to design menus using fresh seasonal produce for large groups of residents. You will oversee all kitchen operations in our care home, lead a small team and enjoy predictable hours without split shifts.

You’ll drive nutrition quality, hygiene and safety, and work with residents to accommodate preferences, with occasional weekend work and some catering for day centres and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional kitchens serving large numbers.
• Knowledge of menu planning for specialist diets.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets.

Responsibilities
