You will plan menus, develop recipes, oversee food prep and presentation, manage inventory and costs, and support the kitchen team to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef in any sector.
• Holder of a food hygiene certificate or equivalent.
• Financial acumen – you know your numbers as well as your favorite recipe.
