OSJCT Group is seeking an experienced Chef to oversee all kitchen and catering services at Langford View, Bicester. You’ll design menus, lead a small team and ensure high standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.

The role offers autonomy over menu development, weekend work with enhanced rates, and the chance to contribute to the dining experience for up to 60 residents in our care home.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen serving large numbers.
• Ability to plan menus and cater for specialist diets.
• Experience leading and motivating a small team; budget and stock management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all kitchen and catering services, ensuring nutrition, hygiene and safety standards.
• Design menus and manage menu development with autonomy.
• Lead a small team and coordinate with day centres and community activities as required.
• Occasional weekend work and high-quality service to residents.
