Jago Consultants seeks a Warranty Administrator for a leading automotive main dealer in Tonbridge, Kent. You will manage warranty submissions daily, liaise with technicians and manufacturers, and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.

Working Monday to Friday, the role offers a salary of £24,000–£27,000 depending on experience. A motor trade background is essential, with responsibilities spanning warranty reports, recalls and goodwill claims.

Responsabilités

• Submit warranty and goodwill claims accurately on a daily basis and monitor warranty reports.
• Carry out warranty department administrative functions per company policies.
• Administer warranty policy in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer and customer.
• Keep records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions toward goodwill claims.
• Inform staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure.
• Ensure frontline staff complete the records correctly when warranty is diagnosed on a vehicle.
• Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representatives.
• Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation.
• Support other staff members on all warranty related matters.
