Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a prestige car dealership in Epsom for a Warranty Administrator. The role focuses on accurate, timely warranty administration and processing of all agreed claims in line with manufacturer conditions.

You will input claim details, manage parts returns and invoicing to providers, handle rejected items, investigate short payments, and participate in warranty audits while upholding company policies and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with warranty administration in automotive environments.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work methodically and use numeric information.

Responsibilities

• Record, check and process all claim information in line with manufacturer conditions.
• Input claims details and produce warranty invoices; transmit to warranty provider.
• Identify parts for return or disposal and manage returns and inspections.
• Check rejected claims and resubmit or investigate errors.
• Return documentation for rejected items for re-costing.
• Investigate unsettled and short-paid claims and determine causes.
• Control the system for receipt and recharging of specialist repairs.
• Participate in warranty audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
