Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator for a main car dealership in Canterbury, Kent. The role focuses on accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims and maintaining warranty records, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will join a busy warranty team, ensuring compliance with policy, keeping staff informed of recall campaigns, and supporting colleagues on all warranty-related matters. Salary is circa 28k depending on experience.

Formación

• Experience in warranty submissions and processing is required.
• Good understanding of warranty policies and goodwill procedures.
• Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Submit warranty and goodwill claims accurately on a daily basis and monitor reports.
• Carry out warranty department administration in line with policies.
• Maintain records of submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions.
• Inform staff of recall campaigns and changes in procedures.
• Ensure records are correctly completed when warranty is diagnosed.
• Maintain relations with staff, repairers and manufacturers' reps.
• Keep knowledge up to date on warranty procedures and documentation.
• Support colleagues on all warranty related matters.
