Responsibilities

• Record, check and process all claim information in line with manufacturer conditions.
• Input labour item codes and parts numbers; produce warranty invoices and transmit to provider.
• Identify parts for return or disposal; manage returns inspections.
• Check rejected claims and resubmit or investigate reasons for rejection.
• Handle documentation for rejected items for re-costing by service administration.
• Investigate unsettled or short-paid claims and determine causes.
• Oversee receipt and recharging of specialist repairs in warranty system.
• Assist in warranty audits and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Adhere to Company and Trade Association policies and statutory health and safety requirements.
