Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a prestige car dealership in Poole to recruit a Warranty Administrator. You will manage warranty claims, ensure accurate processing, and liaise with the warranty provider to submit invoices and supporting documentation.

Role requires Kerridge experience (desirable), strong technical knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. Full-time hours, 45 per week, with potential pro rata salary considerations.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of Kerridge systems preferable but not essential.
• Vehicle motor trade experience in similar role.
• Technical knowledge is a requirement.
• High levels of attention to detail, ability to work in methodical manner.

Responsibilities

• Record, check and process all claim information in line with manufacturer conditions.
• Receive job cards with agreed warranty items and input all claims details and produce warranty invoice.
• Identify parts for return and inform parts department; record and control parts returns and inspections.
• Check claims rejected and resubmit errors or investigate reasons.
• Return documentation for rejected warranty items for re-costing by service administration.
• Investigate unsettled and short paid claims and assess causes.
• Control the system for receipt and recharging of specialist repairs.
• Participate in warranty audits and ensure policies and standards are met.
