Lithia UK is seeking a Service Manager with automotive aftersales experience to lead the workshop and parts department, drive profitability and maintain high customer service standards in a target-driven environment.

You will oversee warranty and repair work to manufacturer standards, manage budgets, pricing policies, risk and health and safety compliance, and develop a high-performing team. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, company car, pension, life assurance and extensive holiday.

Competenze

• Experience leading a team in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to drive customer retention.
• Proven background running a workshop or parts department.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation.

• Ensure warranty and repair work adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour, parts and materials, within budget.
• Manage accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
• Review pricing policies and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Lead the team, set targets and KPIs, to excel and overachieve.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Enhance customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.
