Stratstone Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Service Manager to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction in its busy workshop environment.

You will lead a skilled team, manage budgets, and ensure all warranty and repair work aligns with manufacturer standards, while delivering industry-leading CSI results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to exceed targets in a service/workshop environment.
• Proven track record running a successful workshop or parts department.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warranty and repair work adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department via labour sales, parts and materials.
• Manage accounts, budgets and costs for the department.
• Review pricing policies and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Lead the team, set targets and KPIs to over-achieve objectives.
• Maintain health and safety standards and safe working practices.
• Enhance customer service to achieve high CSI for the department.

What does the role of a Service Manager involve?

• Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards
  Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
  Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
  Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to
  Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these
  Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
  Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department

What do you need to succeed as a Service Manager?

• Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets
  Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention
  Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
  Strong business acumen
  Strong knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation
