Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Tonbridge, Kent, is seeking an experienced Dealership Service Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will manage reception, bookings and internal communications to ensure a welcoming, professional experience for customers.

You will liaise with the workshop and maintain DMS systems, while keeping accurate records and delivering high standards of service. This full-time role includes 45 hours per week, with one in four Saturdays and a salary of £33k–£35k depending

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Motor dealership preferred with experience using DMS systems
• Strong communication with visitors, contractors and stakeholders
• Organised and thorough with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact at reception
• Provide a welcoming experience and manage customer bookings
• Liaise with workshop team for updates
• Ensure DMS systems are kept up to date
• Complete general office administration and record-keeping
