Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Tonbridge, Kent, is seeking an experienced Dealership Service Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will manage reception, bookings and internal communications to ensure a welcoming, professional experience for customers.

You will liaise with the workshop and maintain DMS systems, while keeping accurate records and delivering high standards of service. This full-time role includes 45 hours per week, with one in four Saturdays and a salary of £33k–£35k depending

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Motor dealership preferred with experience using DMS systems
• Strong communication with visitors, contractors and stakeholders
• Organised and thorough with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Be the professional first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls and managing incoming and outgoing communications with all the customers
• Keeping customers up to date and liaising with the workshop team for timely updates
• Ensuring our DMS systems are kept up to date
• Complete general office administration, resolving queries, monitoring inboxes and keeping accurate records
• Taking ownership of the overall visitor and client experience, ensuring that reception and associated facilities are consistently presented to an exceptional standard

Here at GXO, we are looking for an experienced Dealership Service Receptionist to join our team in Tonbridge, Kent - TN11. You'll be working in a busy front-of-house Service Reception for Northern Commercials Iveco dealership ensuring the operation runs smoothly, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. You will be an organised and proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple responsibilities, from customer bookings and internal communication, with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a Service Motor dealership preferred with experience using DMS systems, ideally Kerriding/Autoline/Keyloop and fleet platforms 1 Link , R2C
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with pride in maintaining high standards of service
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, visitors and external contractors, both verbally and in writing
• A calm, organised approach with strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
