Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Motor Trade Service Advisor in the Cranleigh area, Surrey. This customer-facing role focuses on efficient diary management, accurate estimates, and proactive upselling to maximise workshop opportunities.

You will engage with customers, maintain GDPR-compliant records and liaise with workshops to ensure a smooth service experience. Working Monday to Friday, salary £45,000-£46,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership, independent garage or specialist workshop.
• Strong customer service skills and automotive knowledge.
• Able to upsell and identify additional services that benefit customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage service bookings and maintain an efficient workshop diary.
• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service.
• Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle's visit.
• Prepare accurate estimates and ensure job cards contain correct information.
• Review VHCs and discuss additional work with customers.
