Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and managing service bookings effectively.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle repairs and scheduled services.
• Liaising with the workshop to facilitate accurate job explanations and recommendations.
• Assisting with vehicle maintenance schedules and prioritising job workflow.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Using in-house IT systems for documentation and job management.
• Maintaining clear communication between customers and technicians to ensure transparency and efficiency.
