Vertu Toyota Sheffield is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established and supportive team. You’ll act as the connection between customers and our workshop, helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit.

We offer a £32,000 basic salary, a range of company benefits and working hours from 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, clear communication and creating a

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations and guide customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair.
• Give regular updates in a communication style that works for the customer.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.
