Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Ipswich is seeking a Service Advisor to manage customers through the service and repair process, from booking vehicles into the workshop to collection.

The role requires experience in Aftersales, strong automotive knowledge, and excellent communication skills; you will discuss requirements, provide estimates, upsell where appropriate, and ensure high customer service levels in a busy workshop environment.

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment
• Professional, positive and commercially aware approach

Responsabilités

• Booking customers and vehicles into the workshop
• Preparing job cards and repair orders
• Discussing vehicle requirements and repair work with customers
• Providing estimates and keeping customers updated
• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller
• Identifying additional work and upselling where appropriate
• Managing customer expectations
• Handling queries and resolving issues professionally
• Ensuring vehicles are completed and ready for collection
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
