Pembrook Resourcing LTD in the Cheltenham area is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a franchised automotive dealership. You will manage customer interactions from booking in to handover, balancing workshop capacity with customer expectations and ensuring accurate information is captured.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and a proactive approach to solving problems in a busy aftersales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple vehicles and queries.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles into the workshop and capture customer needs.
• Prepare accurate job cards with essential information.
• Liaise with Technicians and the aftersales team to flow repairs smoothly.
• Provide clear estimates and explain work in plain language to customers.
