Leeds Nissan is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site in Leeds. This full-time role offers a competitive OTE up to £35,000 (uncapped) with a £29,000 basic, 42-hour weeks, and a clear path for development within a busy dealership.

You will excel in customer service, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team to manage bookings, warranties, and inquiries while delivering a first-class experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive Aftersales.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to upsell parts and services while advising customers.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments.
