Job summary

ASI Recruitment is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a well-established independent garage in the Godalming area. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 with Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm and no weekend work.

You'll manage bookings, update customers, and support workshop coordination to deliver a first-class service. Ideal candidates have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, strong customer service, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service roles with focus on customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with workshop processes and flow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and service enquiries.
• Provide updates to customers during repairs.
• Prepare estimates and invoices.
• Liaise with technicians and monitor workshop progress.
• Support workshop scheduling and workflow management.
• Ensure efficient job completion and high customer satisfaction.
