Job summary

ASI Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor at an independent workshop in Woking, Surrey. The role involves welcoming customers, booking vehicles, preparing estimates and keeping clients updated throughout repairs.

You’ll work closely with technicians and management to ensure efficient workshop operations. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is well-organised, and comfortable using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage enquiries.

• Keep customers informed of vehicle progress.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Manage workshop schedules and loan vehicles.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.
