Grainger Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our Mazda/Nissan sites. This full-time, permanent role offers a friendly, modern work environment and clear progression within a trusted dealer group.

You will welcome customers, drive a customer-first service journey, and work with the workshop team to deliver high-quality service experiences. A UK driving license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong IT skills; quick to learn new systems.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Passion for customer service and relationships.
• Experience selling additional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous service advisory or automotive customer role.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage their service journey.
• Create clear job cards and invoices with transparency.
• Collaborate with workshop, parts and service management.
• Update vehicle details and service history; use 1Link for records.
• Liaise with leasing and retail customers for approvals.
• Identify upsell opportunities benefiting customer and dept.
• Spot improvement areas to improve service standards.
