Marshall Hyundai Gatwick is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team and act as the crucial link between customers and the workshop. You will manage bookings, keep customers informed, and ensure a smooth experience from drop-off to collection.

In this role you will welcome customers, proactively follow up to maintain satisfaction, and provide advice on maintenance and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Be the crucial link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings and collections smoothly.
• Welcome customers at front of house, keep them informed throughout the process and follow up to maintain relationships.
• Assist with admin tasks, support customers with future vehicle needs, and advise on maintenance and service plans.
