Job summary

Marshall Hyundai Gatwick is hiring a confident and customer-focused Car Sales Executive. This full-time role offers £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE (uncapped), plus a company car and a first month guaranteed earnings of £3,333.

25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and a pension scheme are included, along with exclusive perks. We provide 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with Sunday on a rota.

• Previous sales experience in automotive or similar customer-facing environment.
• Good communication and rapport-building skills.
• Passionate about delivering great outcomes and representing a trusted brand.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.


• You’ll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.


• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.


• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
