Marshall Hyundai Gatwick is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead the service department, drive service excellence and deliver commercial success within one of the UK’s respected automotive groups.

You will oversee daily operations, coach a diverse team across technicians, service advisors and parts, and manage profitability, compliance and customer satisfaction in a high-performance environment. This is a full-time role with a 45-hour week, including Saturday mornings on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service department and manage productivity across the team.
• Lead, coach and inspire Technicians, Service advisors, Parts and other key service staff to deliver great customer outcomes and hit targets.
• Take accountability for departmental financials and support profitability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
