Job summary

Vertu SEAT Derby is offering a full-time Customer Service Apprentice role in the service department. You will start with an 15-month Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship, paid £8.00 per hour, with an external provider and supported by our Internal Talent Team.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will explain the service process, help with paperwork, take payments, and promote additional services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain processes clearly to customers.
• Basic IT literacy and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service customers.
• Explain service processes and required documents.
• Process payments and manage customer records.
• Support with paperwork and follow up post-visit.
