Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Service Advisor, vorzugsweise in einem Hauptbetrieb.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kundenservicefähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

Job Opportunity: Service Advisor

We are working with a busyprestigecar dealership that prides itself on delivering a high standard of customer care. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public.

Job Description

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required for their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records
• Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Prepare and complete invoices

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with a main dealership
• Full driving license
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Package

• Basic salary up to £32K
• OTE circa £40K
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
