Service Advisor

Up to GBP30k basic with GBP39k+ uncapped earning potential

Location: Wokingham

Type: Permanent / Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am - 2pm)

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on technical queries or issues.
• Dealing with all customers professionally, promptly, and courteously to create a positive first impression of the service department.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work.
• Informing customers about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
• Cross-selling customer repairs and parts.
• Finalizing invoices upon completion of work.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership (minimum 2 years).
• Technical skills and experience are essential.
• Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster lasting customer relationships, leading to loyalty and referrals.
