The Best Connection is seeking a professional Service Administrator / Driver in Tamworth to join a busy automotive team. The role combines administration, customer service and moving vehicles, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

You will handle front-desk duties, book service appointments, answer calls and emails, and coordinate with workshop staff while driving vehicles safely around the site.

Formación

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Applicant must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Professional, friendly and confident manner.
• Experience using computers, emails and telephone systems is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Previous administration/reception or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers face-to-face and by phone.
• Welcomes customers and delivers a friendly, professional service.
• Bookings: scheduling service appointments and managing calendars.
• Responds to emails and incoming calls.
• Coords with customers and workshop technicians for effective communication.
• Performs data entry and keeps accurate records.
• Handles general administrative duties.
• Moves customer vehicles around site as needed.
• Safely drives customer vehicles into and out of the service workshop.
