Job summary

Confidential in Twickenham is seeking a Service Administrator to join a busy aftersales team. You will contact customers from an existing database to book servicing, manage workshop diaries and provide cover at the Service Advisor desks when needed.

The role combines administration, customer service and outbound calling with opportunities to upsell and earn bonuses. A £29,000 basic salary is offered plus performance-related bonuses in a professional dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or telephone-based role.
• Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive approach to outbound calling, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and accurate customer record keeping.
• Professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage workloads in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting existing customers to arrange servicing appointments.
• Maintain a strong workshop booking schedule and diary.
• Follow up outstanding enquiries and maximise booking opportunities.
• Identify upselling opportunities to generate additional revenue.
• Update customer records and ensure information accuracy.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide occasional cover at the Service Advisor desks.
• Assist customers with service queries and appointment requirements.
