Job summary

The Service Administrator role at a franchised car dealer in Poole seeks an organised administrator to support the Aftersales team. No automotive experience is required; prior admin experience is essential, with strong selling and communication skills.

You will handle service bookings, quotes, follow-ups, and update vehicle records, contributing to a busy front-line operation. Basic salary £26,000 with KPI bonus on top.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience as an Administrator.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to deliver your best.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments.
• Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments.
• Making outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts.
• Updating vehicle and customer records.
• Supporting front-line staff with administration duties.
