Vibe Recruit is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Administrator / Receptionist to join a well-established independent garage in Sevenoaks, Kent. This permanent, Monday to Friday role places you at the front line of customer care and shop floor coordination.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, coordinate workshop bookings and support daily operations alongside 4-5 mechanics. Previous motor-trade experience is an advantage, but strong admin/customer-service backgrounds are

• Customer-facing experience in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Handle customer enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email.
• Manage workshop bookings, diaries and workloads for 4-5 mechanics.
• Prepare job cards and maintain accurate workshop records.
• Liaise with suppliers to order parts and obtain pricing.
