Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Receptionist for an automotive service and repair centre in Barnet, North London. The role involves greeting customers, handling calls, booking appointments and supporting workshop scheduling in a busy front desk environment.

Ideal candidates will have reception or customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. Motor trade experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and workshop staff.
• Keep customer records accurate and complete general administration.
• Ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently.
