The role offers a £24,000 base salary with £48,000 OTE and £60,000+ achievable for high performers, in a permanent full-time position with a large forecourt and strong earning potential.

You will sell new and used vehicles, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sales through finance and add-on products, while maintaining CRM records and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' motor trade sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Selling new and used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
• Following a structured sales process from enquiry through to handover.
• Maximising opportunities through finance, insurance and value-added products.
• Managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Generating repeat business and customer referrals.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
