With a base salary of £21,000–£27,000 and realistic £50,000–£70,000 OTE, this permanent, full-time role includes Monday–Saturday hours (8:30am–6:00pm) with a day off in the week.

Qualifications

• Previous motor trade sales experience is essential.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and competitive mindset.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Selling new and used vehicles while consistently achieving targets
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to handover
• Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business
• Managing your own customer database and keeping accurate records
• Handling enquiries confidently — both in person and digitally
• Resolving queries professionally and efficiently
• Developing in-depth product knowledge to confidently present vehicles and features
