Lookers Limited in Hamilton is recruiting an ambitious Sales Executive to join the on-site team. The role focuses on either new or used car sales, delivering first-class customer service and achieving targets.

You will be part of a collaborative sales team with strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus weekend work on a rota, and an OTE up to £50,000 including a company car

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to hit sales targets.
• Previous motor trade experience preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone and in person.
• Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
• Negotiate the final price for the sale.
• Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale.
• Liaise with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service.
