Job summary

Lookers Birmingham Vauxhall and Changan in Birmingham is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the operations department and provide an exceptional administrative experience. You’ll report to the Dealership Accountant and deliver accurate, timely administrative support with a strong focus on customer service.

The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all customer databases and respond to queries via telephone and online.
• Assist in ordering vehicles for customers using the internal fleet management system.
• Provide accurate quotations using the approved quotation system and ensure orders comply with Lookers policies.
• Complete relevant paperwork to a high standard.
