Grange Motors in Hatfield is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to manage vehicle administration, orders and documentation. You will handle reporting, compliance with FCA guidelines, and assist with guest information needs, ensuring accurate processing of orders and payments.

Competenze

• Experience in vehicle sales administration or similar admin roles.
• Strong organisational and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Competent with MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Mansioni

• Maintain administrative and record-keeping systems for sales orders.
• Produce reports and guest information responses as required.
• Process vehicle orders, deliveries and payments accurately.
• Keep vehicle stock records and internal filing up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to the site team.
