Marshall Honda Clitheroe is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support the Sales and Finance teams, manage vehicle stock, registrations, taxation, and liaise with the workshop to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time. In this role you will prepare handover files, process invoices, and ensure all documentation is compliant to deliver a seamless customer journey.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay, 25 days holiday plus bank

Qualifikationen

• Administration experience, ideally in automotive, but not essential.
• Strong IT skills; Excel is essential and Kerridge experience is a bonus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical, accurate working style.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales and Finance teams with day-to-day administration for new and used vehicle sales.
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records, organise registrations and taxation, and liaise with the workshop to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time.
• Prepare handover files, process sales invoices, and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant to support a seamless customer journey.
