Job summary

Pinewood.AI seeks a Training and Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations across dealership networks in the UK and internationally. You will guide customers from discovery to go-live, coordinating timelines, resources and onboarding while maintaining high standards and clear commercial impact.

The role requires strong project management, superb communication, and a customer-first delivery mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PM experience in software implementation or consultancy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in motor trade or automotive technology sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of the Pinewood platform across dealership customers.
• Facilitate initial project meetings to understand customer requirements and define implementation scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and ensure issues are identified and resolved proactively.
• Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders, including customers and internal leadership.
• Conduct on-site consultancy visits, including setup, live week support, and follow-up sessions.
• Support and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
• Ensure all project documentation and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned to Pinewood standards.
• Lead and support team members, including 1-2-1s, setting objectives, and driving performance.
• Represent Pinewood professionally to customers, promoting company values and best practices.
• Stay up to date with automotive industry trends and evolving customer needs.
