ACS Automotive in Norwich is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join the workshop and retail teams. You will handle parts enquiries, source correct items, manage stock, and assist with invoicing and deliveries.

The role requires knowledge of parts systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Benefits include a competitive salary of £27,000–£29,000 (OTE £30,000–£32,000), 42.5 hours weekly (Mon–Fri and one Saturday per month, overtime), and ongoing

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in motor trade or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of parts systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and professional attitude.
• IT literacy with dealer systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle parts enquiries in person, over the phone and by email.
• Identify, source and supply correct parts for customers and workshop technicians.
• Maintain stock levels, place orders and manage deliveries.
• Ensure parts are billed accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with trade and retail customers.
• Keep the parts area clean, tidy and well-organised.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory control.
• Use dealer management systems to process orders and track stock.
