Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is recruiting for a Parts Advisor at a Norfolk dealership. You will assist trade and retail customers with parts queries and orders, both in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate parts are supplied to the workshop.

We seek a team player with automotive parts experience and a mature attitude, who will contribute to a friendly, busy environment and help maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive parts environment.
• Good knowledge of electronic parts catalogues.
• Experience dealing with trade and retail customers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work well within a team and show maturity.
