Auto Skills UK is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a busy main dealership in Norwich. You will ensure workshop parts availability and assist retail customers with their parts needs.

Key duties include supplying workshop parts, identifying orders, selling to retail customers, and coordinating with workshop and suppliers. A full UK driving licence and excellent communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring parts availability and delivery times.
• Ensuring orders are processed accurately.
• Maintaining excellent levels of organisation and attention to detail.
• Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Parts Department.
• Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.

THE ROLE

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the workshop has the correct parts available when required, while also supporting retail customers with their parts requirements.

You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy dealership environment, managing multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an experienced Parts Advisor who can hit the ground running.

You’ll ideally have:
