Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of parts systems and inventory management software.
• Customer-focused approach with a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice and support to customers and colleagues regarding parts and accessories.
• Managing incoming parts orders and stock levels efficiently.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales and invoices.
• Assisting with inventory control and stock management.
• Building strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
• Supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional service and operational success.
