Confidential is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor in Derbyshire, commutable from Derby and Nottingham. You will be the first point of contact, advising customers on automotive parts and solutions while ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to order.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, parts advisory or contact centre.
• Genuine interest in the automotive industry and vehicle parts knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide technical advice and support relating to automotive parts and products.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
• Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, credit notes and proformas.
• Create and manage courier bookings and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
• Liaise with technical departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
